ELEVAGE:Grapes were crushed, destemmed and put into one ton bins to macerate. After 4 days the grapes were pressed and settled juice was moved to old French oak barrels to ferment via ambient yeast. Fermentation, including full malolactic, continued into July of 2019. In November of 2019 the wine was racked out of barrel and into tank and bottled by hand without fining or filtration.

TASTING NOTE: Raspberry, raspberry leaf and watermelon aromas, light body, round in the mouth with juicy acids and raspberry fruit. Finish is dry, crisp and clean with the gentle spice of old wood.
