Unfined and unfiltered
Farming: Conventional/sustainable
Vineyard: Seneca Lake, west facing, gentle slope
Soil: Honeoye Silt Loam and Lansing Gravelly Loam over shale


NOTE: White peach and lime, rainwater soft, dry, with a wash of shale and juicy acid.

ELEVAGE: Grapes were crushed, destemmed and pressed. Settled juice was moved to stainless steel where fermentation, including full malolactic, continued until July 2022. In October the wine was racked and bottled without fining or filtration.

MISCELLANEOUS: A lovely dry riesling with lots to reveal. Responds to air and drinks well over several days. Serve cool, not cold.
